Anna’s Linens came to vmbc when they wanted to create a text message database as part of their overall mobile strategy. I led the design of web, mobile, email, and the in-store experiences to launch their new SMS database. Opt-in rates beat all benchmarks and expectations thanks to the channel wide marketing strategy.
