I am currently the Creative Director at IDAIR, GmbH where I lead the design of in-flight systems for VVIP aircraft similar to Air Force One. Prior to that I worked for Panasonic Avionics designing the same In-Flight Entertainment and Crew Management software for wide body private aircraft in conjunction with Lufthansa Technik.

In my freetime, I like to use my past User Experience & Design background to take on fun projects that help my clients grow and expand. My experience has led me to create engaging brands, vibrant identities, outstanding apps, and creative concepts. My freelance and in-house experience has allowed me to develop the ability to adapt across industries and technologies.

As an authority on design, brand, and digital engagement, I understand the importance of aligning vision with strategy, implementing with tactfulness, and measuring results with consistency.I have experience copywriting, wire framing, designing, developing, strategizing, leading, and dancing around the office.

CX = UX & UI

Design now begins with Customer Experience. Youngsters are now studying Human Centered Design & Engineering with an emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). To me, this is the heart and start of all design processes. UX has to be at the forefront of any project. This is my genius zone. Taking an idea and mapping out actual HCI actions before requirement documents are written, processes are implemented, and a project is kicked off is where I begin leading my cross functional teams.

From designing the world’s largest theatre chain app to top television sites, I breathe mobile. I pride myself on being educated and up to date on all innovations and trends in the mobile industry including iBeacon, push messaging, responsive design, and more. My apps, mobile websites, Passbook coupons, and more are used daily by millions of people. It’s my job to ensure the UX and UI are the best in the business and that I introduce new out of the box original ideas that every user can understand and benefit from. I design to save my user time, make their lives easier, and I know I do my job well when they can think less since the experience is so user friendly.

I’ve been lucky enough to been given the opportunity to lead a team in designing back offices that thousands of users log into daily. Knowing how API’s, databases, dashboards, and user view flows work has given me the ability to fully understand and delivery a quality user experience. I’m familiar with designing SaaS, CMS systems, and back office customer support systems that link to PII data, government databases, and highly secure information.
